The Engineering Diplomats Committees serve as the main back-bone of the organization. They are responsible for many tasks, including leading information sessions, managing accounting/financial details, planning group events, recruiting members, spreading awareness, and overseeing the peer mentorship.

- Outreach & Recruitment- Raise awareness on campus of the Engineering Diplomats efforts through strategic partnerships, and increase interest in the to join the Engineering Diplomats’
- Membership & Training: Manages records of active Diplomats and the application cycle and training for new members
- Social Media - Ensure that the Engineering Diplomats virtual presence is engaging, accurate, and develops as necessary to stay relevant
- Marketing- Ensures that the Engineering Diplomats are promoting our organization and our events effectively through physical mediums
- General Responsibilities- Prepare a general budget proposal to review with the treasurer, prepare event flow and process outline, collaborate with external organizations when applicable
- Scheduling Chair: Ensure event timelines are executed, maintain calendar of events
- Info Session/Cultural Food Event Chairs- Organize information sessions and cultural events each semester
- Worldfest Chairs- Oversee presence of Diplomats at events during UC's Worldfest
- Welcome Event Chairs- Organize fall welcome event for incoming CQU students
- General Responsibilities - Oversee the peer mentorship program and the mentor selection process, prepare a general budget proposal to review with the treasurer, prepare event flow and process outline, collaborate with external organizations when applicable
- Collaboration Chair: Manage records of mentors and the application cycle and training for new members, ensures timeline of events is executed
- Team Event Chairs: Execute general semesterly events for peer mentor/mentee pairs and teams to participate in
- Graduation Chairs: Plan and execute end of the year graduation for peer mentors and mentees
