JCI Program History
The JCI (Joint Co-op Institute) was started in October 2013. It represents a collaboration between the University of Cincinnati's College of Engineering and Applied Science (UC-CEAS) and Chongqing University (CQU) where the engineering curriculum at UC is exported to CQU.
Over the years, this partnership has proven valuable to students enrolled as they are able to receive a top-notch engineering education with degrees from each institution as well as industry experience.
In Fall 2017, enrolled students in the JCI program began transferring to the University of Cincinnati's main campus to finish their senior year in America, setting up the partnership between JCI and the Engineering Diplomats.
